Maiya has been in title/escrow for 37 years, and has been an executive at Ticor for over 8 years. She enjoys the technical aspect of her position as she has worked as the inside person for another rep for about 13 years.  Maiya enjoys networking and meeting new people since becoming a rep herself and she always tries to do her job as enthusiastically, professionally and honestly as possible.
 
She has been part of the Santa Clarita community since 1983. Her husband and son are well known real estate appraisers so they are able to cross paths frequently in the business. They are a real estate family.
