I am Vice President at Ticor Title Los Angeles, bringing more than 25 years of title insurance experience, including 10 years with Ticor, to residential and commercial real estate transactions. I serve clients throughout California and support transactions nationwide through Ticor and its National Commercial Services resources.

My primary focus is Southern California, including Los Angeles, Ventura, San Diego, Riverside, and Kern counties, with additional coverage throughout Northern California. I support more than 1,000 active client relationships, with individual production of approximately 300 closed transactions annually nationwide.

I work with real estate agents, commercial brokers, lenders, attorneys, investors, and developers. My specialties include multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and development transactions, commercial lending, real estate owned (REO) properties and government-seized properties.

I take a hands-on approach to complicated files by staying closely involved with clients and communicating frequently with title and escrow teams. I help identify preliminary title report issues early and coordinate efforts to cure them, keeping transactions moving forward toward a smooth closing.

I hold a California Title Marketing License and rank in the top 10% of commercial sales representatives at Ticor Title Los Angeles based on production. I have earned Salesperson of the Year recognition twice during my career. As a member of CREW Los Angeles and an SIOR affiliate, I also participate actively in local commercial real estate networking groups. My commitment is straightforward: attentive service, clear communication and practical coordination throughout the transaction.
