David Lennartson is a Sales Executive with the Geiss Team at Ticor Title, serving Realtors, attorneys, brokers, investors and developers in Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.With 36 years of real estate experience—including 31 years in mortgage leadership and five years in title, David helps clients understand and resolve preliminary title report, lot-line, recorded boundary, easement and other complex title matters. His expertise includes luxury residential real estate, new construction, development, entitlements, REOs, foreclosures, notices of default, short sales and trustee sales.
David has worked in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills throughout his career and has contributed to multiple high-rise development projects in Downtown Los Angeles. David loves to research. Through his forensic farming expertise, he uses the newest technology to help Realtors identify likely-seller opportunities and make informed prospecting decisions.
David is especially skilled at making complex information understandable, whether he is assisting a first-time homeowner, an experienced Realtor or a real estate attorney. He works alongside Louisette Geiss on the Geiss Team and is supported by the resources of Ticor Title and the Fidelity National Financial family of companies.
David earned a degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from San Diego State University. A California native, he is a surfer, mountain biker, outdoor enthusiast and proud father of four.
